My wife and I purchased a home in Sugar Springs in 2015. In 2019, we purchased an adjacent piece of property for the purpose of adding on and remodeling our existing home. We sought out advise from others in the area and decided that we would work with Williams Builders. Bob was helpful in finding an architect to design our home and worked with us to ensure that we had all of the appropriate paperwork for both Sugar Springs and Butman Township.
I had the opportunity to be present during much of the construction process and even did some of the work myself. Many builders would not allow a homeowner to do any of the work, but this was not a issue with Bob.
I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship performed by many of the individuals working on our house. They took the time to ensure that things were done correctly. They were also helpful in making suggestions that could improve things and open to changes when needed.
The professionalism of the individuals working on our home was great. They are very polite, and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. It did not matter if they were an employee of Williams Builders or a subcontractor.
We are very happy with our new home, and we continue to receive many compliments from family and friends. If I were to do another project like this, I would not hesitate to work with Bob Williams and his company.
